The competition where Solos or Teams of two tackle the titans of Weightlifting and Cardio in multiple AMRAP Challenges .
Push your limits in a series of timed rounds to get the best score you can across all events.
Competition Categories :Solo Male and Female Male Pairs and Female pairs
The Compound Trilogy 3 x 15 min AMRAP and Finisher Conquer as many rounds as you can, with each round consisting of a set number of reps of the compound lift and calories/reps on the cardio exercise

Total reps x weight across all events .
Take part for fun, pride, bragging rights or for serious comp - all levels welcome!
The top 4 overall highest scoring in each category after all events have been completed, will be invited back for a CHAMPIONSHIP SHOWDOWN SAT 29th June to decide who becomes grand CHAMPS OF THE CHALLENGE
