META BOXFIT is a high-energy, boxing-inspired fitness class that blends the fundamentals of boxing with dynamic bodyweight and strength exercises for a total-body workout.
Class Structure
Warm-Up & Skipping (5–8 mins)
Get your heart rate up with skipping drills and mobility work to loosen up joints and prep your body for the rounds ahead.
Boxing Circuits & Bag Work (30–35 mins)
Move through fast-paced circuits that include heavy bag combinations, shadow boxing, core training, and explosive bodyweight movements. Expect to punch, duck, and move with purpose—building power, coordination, and endurance.
Strength & Conditioning Finishers
Incorporate strength elements like push-ups, kettlebell swings, or slam balls to finish strong and improve overall athletic performance.
Cool Down/Stretch
End with light movement and deep stretching to support recovery, reduce tension, and keep your body ready for your next session.
